A Preemptive Attack on Corruption

Because we have no confidence at this point that our elections can not be rigged, particularly due to computerized voting machines with no paper trail, signers of this petition are making known their intention to demand a recount of all of the 2008 federal races. We do this with the expectation that our doing so will force our state and federal public servants to act before the election to ensure that our voting systems will accurately reflect the will of the voting public in a verifiable way.
